Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are generally non-returnable, unless defective:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Intimate apparel or swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your account and go to Order History.
- Select the order and click Request Return.
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason.
- Once approved, you will receive a return label and instructions via email.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
- For domestic returns, we offer free return shipping.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
Damaged or Defective Items
